Our services can be divided to several areas, each covering specific customer requirements, starting from standard warranty and post-warranty services via emergency actions to periodical prophylaxis in conjunction with our special Maintenance service.

Warranty and Post-warranty Service

Hotline, emergency, update, upgrade. We offer both Call servis for casual incidents and long-term Maintanance contracts with prophylaxis and guaranted response time.

Prophylaxis and administration

Periodical inspection of both hardware and software, regular IT and I&C equipment maintenance.

Emergency Service

Serevice actions out of standard working hours. Quick measures, data recovery, critical solutions.

Consultantship and analysis

Counselling and analysis, support with selection of appropriate hardware or software fulfiling your demands. Design and realization of IT infrastructure. Installation or reconstruction of computer networks or it's parts, based on MS Windows or Linux systems.
